- Order less than AED 250.00 ( 13 AED Shipping fee )

- Orders above AED 250.00 ( FREE SHIPPING )
Delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Available in cash on delivery and credit card
- Free shipping is applied on a single order (1 order ID) that is more than AED250 excluding the applied voucher. (This promotion is for UAE customers only).
- No deliveries during Friday and UAE Public Holidays
- Rate above is applicable per order
Zona Zero in partnership with our couriers wants to make sure that our customers are happy. We are strongly committed to deliver within the time frame mentioned above. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance, force majeure or if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery. We arrange daily deliveries except Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.
If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you. If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address will no longer be accepted.
